Functioning

  • Put a dough piece on the tray
  • Put it into the machine
  • Press strongly the vertical lever to press dough to form a full cake
  • Holding lightly the vertical lever shift the lever to the right to release the cutters
  • Press continuously the lever until crumpet is cut for portions
  • Holding lightly the vertical lever in a bottom position press the front stick of the machine for the time sufficient to achieve best rounding result
  • Take up the vertical lever to the start off position and take out the tray.

Dividing-and-rounding machine is strong and reliable; machine base, arm and arm and camp are made of cast iron; knives welded using special process, are made of Swedish spring steel; the ring is thin plated; control panel housing is made in form of thick aluminum casting. Thanks to use of special materials and chromium plating of all mobile elements burdensome maintenance process has been eliminated.
