The 180 degrees hock cutter is usually situated at the end of the killing /picking line and will automatically release the product when hocks are cut. By adjustable guide bar, the cut can be accomplished as required. The machine is stainless steel constructed with a nylon cutting ring and is suitable for installation in a 180 degrees and 90 degrees corner.
