The MARELEC Intelligent Vision camera is able to distinguish different species using artificial intelligence. It can be used with a grader to automatically sort and weigh species. Automatic recognition of different species reduces human error to zero.
The MARELEC IV uses a smart algorithm and camera to identify fish species by comparing images with a database, then sends the correct data to grading or sorting systems.

Flowscale
Weighing Solutions
These systems are able to accurately weigh a flow of products, such as pelagic fish or ice, over a certain period of time. This eliminates the need to collect raw material in trays or tubs for weighing and gives a continuous raw material throughput.
MARELEC provides standard-width flowscales with Z2 indicators for accurate weighing and network communication. Multiple units enable yield monitoring across processing stages, with data analyzed by Matrix Yield to optimize performance. Marine models include active motion compensation.
